Comfort Star Baby Return and Refund Policy

Returns
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging and any included labels. For hygiene and safety reasons, used or washed baby garments cannot be returned unless they arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Start a return before sending anything by using the Contact page at comfortstarbaby.shop. Include your order number and the reason for the request. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. We will provide the approved return instructions and return destination after reviewing the request.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Inspect your order after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 7 days of delivery. Include the order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue with our fulfillment partner.

Return shipping
If we confirm that an item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the approved return or replacement cost. For other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges and optional express-shipping upgrades are not refundable unless required by law.

Cancellations and address changes
We can attempt to cancel an order or change its address only before fulfillment begins. Because orders can be transmitted to our fulfillment partner quickly, cancellation or address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order is placed.

Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed after we approve a refund, contact us through the Contact page.

Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for used or washed baby garments, gift cards, or items marked final sale, except where the item is defective or applicable law requires otherwise.

Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region, including statutory withdrawal or conformity rights where applicable.
