These Terms govern your use of comfortstarbaby.shop and purchases from Comfort Star Baby. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy, Shipping, and Return and Refund Policies.

Eligibility and account information
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information and to update it when necessary.

Products and intended use
We aim to describe and photograph products accurately, but colors and texture can vary slightly between screens and production batches. Measurements are approximate. Product availability may change without notice.

Comfort Star Baby garments are not medical devices and do not prevent or treat any condition. A parent or caregiver is responsible for selecting the correct size, inspecting the garment before each use, monitoring the child's temperature and comfort, and keeping the child's face and airway unobstructed. Follow the care label and applicable safe-sleep guidance. Do not use a damaged, altered, excessively loose, or poorly fitting garment. Stop using a garment when the child outgrows it or if it interferes with movement or breathing.

Orders, prices, and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes, duties, and optional shipping upgrades may be added where applicable. An order is accepted only after payment is authorized and we confirm the order. We may cancel or limit an order because of stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, restricted destinations, or legal and safety concerns; if we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount.

Fulfillment and delivery
Products may be fulfilled and shipped by third-party partners. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of delay can arise from carriers, customs, weather, holidays, inaccurate addresses, or events outside our reasonable control. Please review the Shipping Policy for details.

Returns and refunds
Returns, cancellations, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, interfere with checkout, scrape the site unlawfully, or use site content in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights.

Intellectual property
The site design, original text, graphics, logos, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Comfort Star Baby and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

Third-party services
Shopify, payment providers, fulfillment partners, and carriers may provide parts of the service under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party sites that we do not control.

Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after the change means you accept the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.
